Refund policy

We’re confident that you’ll love our products as much as we love making them.

 

However, in the event that you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out and start a conversation with us. We take our craft very seriously, and we would like to know about any reasons that our customers are not satisfied. In these circumstances, we’d like to be able to have a discussion about how we can make things right, and we’d be happy to consider any possible exchanges.

 

If you do not wish to make an exchange, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase in the original packaging for a refund.
Any returns must be in the original condition they were sent in to be accepted for a refund
